Our Vision is to be a church of disciples who make disciples

This is How We Do it:

Picture
The early church gathered together primarily to:
1) Worship God together
2) Build strong relationships with each other

We prioritize gathering together for these two things.  It is our hope that as we gather together for worship, that our worship is a sweet sacrifice of praise because we have been worshipping with our lives throughout the week.  (Acts 2.42)

Picture
The early church gave everything they had.  They gave:
1) of their time, through serving others
2) of their treasures, through tithing

We believe everything we are and everything we have belongs to God, so we are merely stewards.  We don't get to choose what we do with our time and treasures.  They've been given to us to give away. (Acts 20.35)

Picture
The early church grew together primarily through:
1) Discipleship with stronger believers
2) Time alone with God

We believe there is no way to raise up disciples unless we, ourselves, are being discipled--both by a stronger believer in mentorship and also by the Holy Spirit as we spend time with him in the Scriptures and prayer and fasting. (Eph. 2.19-22)

Picture
The early church was commanded by Jesus to go:
1) Into their neighborhood, and
2) Into the whole world, with the Gospel.

We believe the Gospel affects every area of our lives and its a story that we've been commanded to share.  God has placed us where he has placed us to use us as vessels for the Gospel.(Acts 1.8)
