Family Focus

Picture

Within a family, children are important.  But they are SECOND in importance to your marriage.  The absolute best thing you can do for your kids is to help them know that your marriage is your first priority.
We prioritize sermons, conferences, workshops, counselling, retreats, and resources that will help strengthen your marriage for years to come.

Although mothers are important in the lives of kids as they grow up, fathers are equally important.  It is very true that as the father goes, so goes the family.  Kids desperately need fathers in their lives to show them what the love of a father looks like so they can easily understand the love of their heavenly Father.
We will train up and hold fathers accountable to care for their families.  There is no job that is more important.

Schools and Churches definitely play a role in the lives of kids, but there is no substitute for the strong, intentional leadership of parents.  Kids need examples within the home of what a Christ-honoring life should look like.
We will love and teach children and provide engaging activities and experiences for them, but we fully believe the responsibility to disciple children rests with their parents. We will come alongside in any way we can to help make this a reality.

A Christian family must not only be open to, but be driven by caring for those who need help.  Whether you are fostering a child from your neighborhood, caring for the child of a family member, or simply providing snacks and a safe place for your kids' friends, the Christian home should be an open and inviting place.
We will challenge our families to open up their home to more than just their blood/biological children and relatives.
